  8.          Read CARDX.HLP if you have any problems starting Cardx.
  9.          Press "P" with the (H)elp screen up to format and print
  10.          the help text file.

  12.          This program is shareware.  Many hours of work have gone
  13.          into it's development.  Please give it a try, and pass a
  14.          copy along to your friends, or upload it to your favorite
  15.          bulletin board.

  18.          period - say 14 days - then you must register.
  19.          Registration is simple, just fill out the enclosed form
